How to report a missed bin collection

Every council has its own rules, but the steps are much the same. Loci takes you straight to the right page on your council's website, so reporting takes a couple of taps.

Make sure it was your collection day and your bin was out in the right place by the council's cut-off time, often 6am or 7am. Crews can be out until the afternoon, so many councils ask you to wait until the end of the day. It's worth checking your council's service updates too, in case your street is running late.
