Thomas is the founder of Loci and a seasoned leader with years of experience building and guiding high performing teams across Singapore, Sydney, New York and London. Having spent his career growing sales organisations and learning what makes people work well together, he brings a deep understanding of leadership, trust and team culture to Loci’s vision.

His motivation for starting Loci comes from a desire to help people feel more connected to the places where they live. He is passionate about rebuilding local belonging and creating something that genuinely helps people feel closer to their community. Thomas now applies his global leadership experience to a simple aim, to build a platform that strengthens local life and makes it easier for people to feel part of where they live.

Elliott Statham

Co-Founder & Director

Elliott is a co-founder of Loci and an experienced leader supporting partner and customer teams, with a background spanning the UK, Singapore and Australia. His career has centred on building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth and scaling teams in fast moving environments. Known for his ability to adapt across cultures and industries, he brings a global mindset and a results focused approach to Loci’s growth.

At Loci, Elliott leads on strategic opportunities and partnerships, helping shape solutions that deliver long term value for councils, residents and local organisations. His passion for collaboration and his expertise in building high performing business functions play a key role in guiding Loci’s expansion and impact.

Jordan Spain

Head Of Engineering

Jordan is Loci’s technology lead and an experienced engineer with over fifteen years of building and scaling high performing software products. He specialises in distributed systems that support global scale and has a strong track record of forming and developing teams that deliver reliable, outcome driven work. His approach blends technical depth with a clear focus on product value, always aiming to ship  improvements quickly while raising quality and capability.
