Senior Product Engineer

London – Full-time

You will lead the delivery of high impact features that shape how residents, councils and local organisations use Loci. This involves moving from early discovery and problem framing to architectural design, implementation, deployment and continual iteration. You will bring strong technical judgement and a product focused mindset, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable and grounded in real user needs. As a senior member of the team, you will help define engineering standards, mentor others and influence the long term direction of the platform as it expands to support millions of users. Your work will span technical leadership, hands on coding and close collaboration with Product and UX to identify opportunities and deliver meaningful improvements.

Product Engineer

London – Full-time

You will play an active role in building features that support stronger local communities, working across the full product development cycle. This includes exploring user needs with Product and UX, contributing to technical design discussions and writing production ready code that ships regularly. You will learn modern engineering practices through close collaboration with senior teammates, take part in code reviews and gradually develop confidence working across the stack. As Loci grows across the UK, you will have the chance to work on a broad set of challenges, from improving core user experiences to strengthening the platform’s reliability, performance and accessibility.
