You’ll work cross functionally to help us scale community and group-messaging features to millions of users.

What you’ll do

  • Plan and run user interviews, surveys and contextual inquiries to uncover real-world needs.
  • Create wireframes, user flows and sitemaps that map complex interactions—especially around community and group messaging.
  • Use Figma (or equivalent) to craft interactive prototypes that capture look, feel and motion
  • Organise and moderate remote or in-person usability tests; synthesize feedback into actionable design iterations
  • Work with PMs and Engineers to ensure designs ship with pixel-perfect fidelity and optimal performance on both web (React) and mobile (React Native).
  • Establish and evolve design systems, accessibility standards and usability guidelines across the product.
  • Define UX metrics (task completion, time on task, NPS) and track impact of design changes.

  • Rapid Iteration & Hypothesis-driven Design
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
